How to get there: The Kranji Express shuttle bus will be available for pick-ups from Kranji MRT station to Bollywood Veggies and drop-offs back to Kranji MRT station. The schedule: From Kranji MRT Station (berth 3) to Bollywood Veggies – 9.30am, 11am, 1pm, 2.30pm; From Bollywood Veggies to Kranji MRT – 12.30pm, 2pm, 3.30pm, 5.15pm. Fee: $3 per person and $1 for those aged 60 and above.

Head on down to Bollywood Veggies Farm this Hari Raya long weekend (Saturday to Monday) for the Bolly Jolly Farmers’ Festival. Featuring Bollywood Veggies, Eastern Granola, GSH Conserves, Hunter’s Kitchenette, MOFO Chili, Nature’s, The Wholesome Co., and Theo10, be sure to expect lots of awesome locally made goodies. Freshly baked banana bread, tapioca chips, home-made curry puffs, first born chicken eggs, quail eggs, local vegetables, fruit and potted plants. “The Kampong Garden” book, a guide to growing edible gardens will also be available. For each purchase of this book, a bag of organic fertilizer and a pandan plant will be given with compliments.

Cereal made from oats and inspired by Southeast Asian flavours. Sweetened by Gula Melaka, the many cereal flavours contain tropical fruit and spices.

An independent Singapore company that make delicious jams from tropical fruit.

A local company that makes nut butters sans chemicals and preservatives.
